3. Regulatory status & business classification

TICPOZ Ltd is a software publisher. Our standard industry classification is US NAICS 511210 (Software Publishers) / UK SIC 62012 (Business and domestic software development). We publish a web-based automation tool and sell access to it on a subscription basis. The transaction the customer pays for is software access — nothing else.

We do not perform regulated financial activities. Specifically, TICPOZ Ltd:

  • does not hold, receive, transmit, or custody any customer money;
  • does not execute, route, or match any trade order;
  • does not have, and never asks for, discretionary authority over any account;
  • does not provide personalised investment advice or recommendations;
  • does not operate any exchange, alternative trading system, dark pool, or order-matching engine;
  • does not act as a broker, dealer, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or securities dealer;
  • does not operate as a money-services business, money transmitter, or payment processor.

Because none of the above activities are performed by TICPOZ Ltd, we are not authorised or required to be authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) / national-competent authority under MiFID II, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) / NFA, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), or any equivalent regulator. Our customers connect their own broker accounts; the customer's broker is the regulated party in any trading relationship.

4. Data-protection registration

We are registering with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. The ICO registration number will appear here once issued. EU and UK GDPR representatives are described in our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

  • The TICPOZ name, logo, and visual design are owned by TICPOZ Ltd.
  • The Quant-AI models, StrategySpec engine, and platform source code are owned by TICPOZ Ltd or its licensors.
  • Third-party trademarks referenced on this site (cTrader, MetaTrader 5, FTMO, FunderPro, etc.) are the property of their respective owners — see the trademark notice at the foot of every page.

6. Dispute resolution

Disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales as set out in Terms of Service §16. EU consumers retain access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
