Refund policy
If you change your mind in the first two weeks, you get your money back. Plain English, no gotchas.
1. Who is eligible
- Any new paying customer, on the first paid month of a subscription. Free Starter usage does not count toward the 14 days — the clock starts the moment we charge you for an upgrade.
- Any customer in the EU or UK, under your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Our policy mirrors and extends that right.
2. How to request
- Email [email protected] from the email on your account.
- Subject:
Refund request — <your account email>. - That's it. You don't need to explain. We do read the “why” if you share one — it's useful product feedback — but it's never a condition.
3. Timing
4. After day 14
After the first 14 days of your first paid month, subscription fees are non-refundable except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. We do offer pro-rata refunds or goodwill credits at our discretion in cases like:
- Extended platform downtime (above our published SLA) within a billing period.
- A bug we caused that prevented you from using a paid feature for a meaningful portion of the period.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A documented hardship or special circumstance — we use judgement.
5. Cancellation (different from refund)
Refunds and cancellation are different actions. You can cancel a subscription any time from the billing page; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
6. Annual plans
Annual plans get 2 months free vs the monthly price. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies the same way: refund within 14 days of the first paid charge. After day 14, annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep access for the full 12 months you've paid for even after cancelling.
7. Charges from your broker
Anything your broker charges you — spread, commission, swap, deposit fees, withdrawal fees — is between you and your broker. We have no visibility into or authority over those charges. We cannot refund broker losses, broker fees, or losses caused by your trading activity.
8. Refund-abuse policy
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we identify abuse — e.g. multiple accounts opened to repeatedly cycle through the free 14 days. We do not call legitimate refund requests “abuse”; this clause is here for the rare bad actor, not the customer who legitimately changed their mind.
